Adults and teens are welcome at this virtual program presented by The Center for JOY - a local community agency that works for Justice, does Outreach and Yoga.

Begin the new year with a focus on mindfulness, spiritual nourishment and connectedness, presented by The Center for JOY and The Yoga Room. 

No previous experience necessary, but to participate in the chair yoga you are invited to have ready a sturdy chair, preferably one with arms and on a non-skid surface.

Please register for the event, and you will be emailed a link for this Zoom meeting.
