Listen to some books about building then try your hand at some building challenges using our new Big Blue Blocks!

Big Blue Blocks by Imagination Playground are similar to small foam-style blocks that you may have at home... but on a MUCH larger scale! 

We'll read some books on building before taking on a collaborative group challenge, then end the session with some free build time. 

This program is free and open to all ages though it is best suited for ages 3 through 12. 

This project is supported by the Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act as administered by the Missouri State Library, a division of the Office of the Secretary of State.

About the branch

Belt Branch was expanded and renovated in 2006 and occupies a unique space in a commercial strip-mall building on the busiest thoroughfare in town.  It is open 7 days a week and offers over 30 programs per month. You can also schedule a one-on-one technology appointment or apply to get a passport.
