School Visit:  Once the bookmobile comes to your school,  the schedule will then be every two weeks! 

Continue to follow us on this website.  Your school will have all the dates we will be there.  We ask that your student bring their checked out book back each visit to return or renew.  If your student needs a library card account, we can send home an application with them for parental approval and completion.

About the branch

Our library district began in 1961 with just a bookmobile, so it was with great delight that we reinstituted bookmobile service in 2013.  The response was overwhelmingly positive, and in 2018 the library purchased a new bookmobile to service the rural areas of both Andrew and Buchanan Counties.  Visits are scheduled at schools, community sites, and senior care centers.
