Uncle Fester is giving away free Halloween costumes to kids in need!
Come check out the closet for gently used costumes, costume pieces, masks and more. Supplies and sizes are limited and will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. Giveaways will be limited to one costume per child. Children must have an adult with them to browse the costumes.
All items have been donated by businesses and community members- additional donations are welcome and accepted any time.

Belt Branch was expanded and renovated in 2006 and occupies a unique space in a commercial strip-mall building on the busiest thoroughfare in town. It is open 7 days a week and offers over 30 programs per month. You can also schedule a one-on-one technology appointment or apply to get a passport.
