Kids will learn about healthy ingredients, kitchen safety, and how to create balanced plates — all while having fun! Through hands-on activities, they’ll gain confidence in the kitchen, explore new foods, and develop lifelong healthy eating habits. Perfect for ages (6-13), this class blends creativity, nutrition, and culinary skills in an engaging and supportive environment.
