Adults are welcome at this virtual presentation about some of the effects of stress and how to manage them.
Nancy Piercy, retired mental health counselor, will briefly discuss what stress is and how it can be harmful to both physical and mental health. She'll also provide some tips and techniques for stress management, and attendees can ask questions. Please note that this is an informational program, not intended as therapy.
