DIY Dryer Balls

Teens and adults can make their own dryer balls, eco-friendly alternatives to dryer sheets and liquid fabric softeners.

With Earth Day just around the corner, create a more natural way to shorten laundry drying time, reduce wrinkles, decrease static, save money, and soften laundry! Supplies will be provided, but feel free to bring your leftover yarn and/or wool (no acrylic please) to recycle into your own creation. Registration required.

About the branch

Belt Branch was expanded and renovated in 2006 and occupies a unique space in a commercial strip-mall building on the busiest thoroughfare in town.  It is open 7 days a week and offers over 30 programs per month. You can also schedule a one-on-one technology appointment or apply to get a passport.
