April Book Groups
Every month, 2 separate book groups are held at the Belt Branch, led by staff member Gena Fisher. The meetings are held on the third Wednesday of the month. Here’s what’s in store for April 18–there’s still time to read the books, and anyone is welcome! Questions? Call the Library at 816-232-5479.

Little Bookshop of Big Stone Gap by Wendy Welch
The story of a couple who move to a struggling Virginia town and hope to revitalize it with the small bookshop they buy. Soon the small bookstore becomes a large part of the community. A light refreshment and beverage will be served.
Novel Ideas → Meets at 6:30pm
Georgia by Dawn Tripp
A look at the painter Georgia O’Keefe’s life and work and how her choices inspired her greatest paintings. A light refreshment and beverage will be served.
